CUSTOMIZATION - Our team takes pride in every order and all orders will be crafted accordingly to the requested customization at its best possible while taking into consideration of the selected materials' dimensions during arrangement. We do not provide mocks & no two final products will be of the exact same. As our florals are arranged layer by layer (steps are irreversible), we do not allow last minute amendments after completion unless under reasonable circumstances. We reserve all rights to change, modify, add or remove materials during our designing process for the best fit while ensuring that customers are informed & no orders are shortchanged. DOOR STEP DELIVERY - We provide free island wide delivery except to Sentosa, Tuas & restricted areas which are chargeable at $35. The free delivery timing slots are available between 8am-12pm, 12pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm. Town/CBD areas will require an extra $12 surcharge. For specific timing delivery, there will be an additional $18 surcharge. Thank you for your kind understanding as all deliveries are currently outsourced. Alternatively, we can arrange to meet-up at a pickup point nearby our private studio (no walk-ins) for your self collection. For international shipping, drop us a WhatsApp message for shipment charges.
